Pathfinders Bereavement Support Groups are designed to meet the needs of people adjusting to the death of a relative or friend. Meetings are coordinated by Palmetto Health Hospice and held monthly in various locations throughout South Carolina.

Parents of Preemies helps women who have had prematue births understand their risk factors so they can reduce those risks before their next pregnancy.

Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD) group meets on the first Monday of every month at 6:30 p.m. at the hospital. People diagnosed with RSD and their families, and people interested in learning more about the disease are invited to attend.
